RockActive Warranty & Return 

We want our customers to have the best shopping experience ever! Our dedicated product team is always looking for the best items to guarantee the best quality before shipping.

Please, carefully check your size before you buy using the Size Chart to make sure you choose the correct item.

However, if you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we can provide an exchange or refund. Please, feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order!

If you need to return an item, please check the procedure in order to make the process fast and comfortable.


Return Policy

Rockactive’s Responsibility: 

  1. Wrong product or size delivered (different from what customer ordered)
  2. Defective product delivered (if it is faulty or has clear defects)
  3. Not as item described (different from the picture and description)

 

The information you need to send: 

  1. Reason for return
  2. Order number
  3. Product SKU (Product ID)
  4. Clear Picture of the Product

 

Our solution:

  • We will communicate this to our supplier to issue an exchange or refund. 
  • Once our supplier receives the item, we will resend a new product and cover the expenses of the shipping cost. This is only applicable if Rockactive is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.

 

Customer Responsibilities: 

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. 

  1. If the customer wants an exchange, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs that it can have.
  2. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund 25% of the original product price and customer can keep the product.
  3. Or, If the customer want a full refund, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs that it can have. + $6 of restocking fee that we’ll be deducted from refund.

What is the procedure? 

  • Once our supplier receives the item, we will send a new product or apply for a refund. Please check Shipping Policy if you need to.

Your satisfaction is our main priority!

If you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we promise to make it right! Will offer a free exchange or an offer to make completely satisfied no matter what! 

 

More about Warranty:

 

  • All returns must first be approved by our customer care team via this form. We will not accept any return request by email, chat or any other method.
  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with original tags and their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on Sale items, items where a discount coupon is applied or any other kind of price reduction unless a customer receives a wrong item or the item is faulty.
  • We do not process returns/refunds for late delivery.
  • Refunds can take between 1-2 days after we process the request.
